Fourteen days, no questions asked. If Skimrr does not do what you hoped, you get your money back.

The policy
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason, including simply changing your mind. You do not have to justify it.
Write to [email protected] with the email address you used to buy. We process the refund through Lemon Squeezy, usually within two working days. The money returns by the way you paid.
After the refund
Your licence key stops working and the app returns to its free state: scanning and reviewing still work, moving files to the trash no longer does.
Photos already in Skimrr's local trash stay where they are. Nothing is deleted because of a refund.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days on distance purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is normally waived at the moment of download.
We do not rely on that waiver: the 14 days above apply regardless, and they are more generous than the strict legal minimum.
Before you ask
If something is not working, tell us first. Most refund requests we could receive are a format we do not read yet or a machine we have not tested. We would rather fix it than take your money and disappear.
Either way, the refund stays available for the full fourteen days.
